“Ten-Nineteen: Return to Station” is a free exhibit that celebrates the 40th anniversary of Genesee Pottery, housed in the Genesee Center for Arts and Education, 713 Monroe Ave.
The pottery on exhibit will be a retrospective look at the artists involved in the organization throughout the years.
An opening reception for the exhibit, on display until Feb. 1, will be at 6 p.m. Friday. (An opening for “Alphabet Soup,” an exhibit of students’ work in the Printing & Book Arts Center, begins at 6:30 p.m.).
The name of the exhibit is a nod to the center’s home in a historic fire station.
