Fox Run Vineyards is holding a poster contest to help celebrate its 21st Annual Glorious Garlic Festival.

Artists are asked to submit an 11-inch by 17-inch piece of original art by April 15. Specific information on the festival must be included on each artwork and can be found at, along with submission details.

The prize will be a case of assorted Fox Run Vineyards wines, a framed print of the poster and a 2013 Garlic Festival T-shirt, which may be inspired by the winning poster. Additionally, poster will be displayed in the Fox Run Tasting Room along side posters from past years.

The festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 3 and 4 at Fox Run, 670 State Route 14, Penn Yan, Yates County. It will include cooking demonstrations, garlic tastings, live music and food prepared by Rochester restaurateur Tony Gullace.
