Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra Pops series presents Singin’ in the Rain with guest conductor Peter Bay leading the RPO as the 1952 film screens in the background at 8 p.m. at the Eastman Theatre, 60 Gibbs St. The RPO has arranged special prix fixe menus at Fraiche Bistro & Dessert Bar, Restaurant 2Vine, Tournedos and Victoire Belgian Beer Bar & Bistro and a special package at the Inn on Broadway as well.
