Remember back when you wanted to see a flick, and you’d just pop a tape into the old VCR? Ah, those were the days …
Or not. Frankly, I have zero nostalgia for watching movies on crummy tape and hitting the “rewind” button. But there’s a nostalgia market for everything, and sure enough, this applies to VHS.
The new documentary Adjust Your Tracking profiles collectors of old VHS tapes. Their passion is real, and their homes are filled with outdated technology.

Watch the fascinating trailer, which features Troma co-founder (and avowed VHS hater!) Lloyd Kaufman. Note that it contains some spicy language:
I love that bit at the end! To find a screening near you, see a production blog, buy a poster and more, head to www.adjustyourtracking.com.
Thanks to our pal Zack Smith for the heads-up.
