When Cobra replaces the president of the United States with one of their own, kills several Joes and frames them for the theft of nuclear warheads, it’s up to Roadblock (Dwayne Johnson) to rally the survivors to set things right. With the help of Gen. Joseph Colton (Bruce Willis), Flint, Lady Jaye, Jinx and Snake Eyes et al fight to expose the conspiracy and restore their honor.
