Jane Seymour loves Instagram's other Jane Seymours

How big an Instagram fan is Jane Seymour? Big enough that she even loves the people who are pretending to be the actress Jane Seymour on Instagram.
“I love the fake me’s. All of the other Jane Seymours out there are really good at finding material I have never seen before,” says Seymour, who stars in the comedy Austenland, a film which continues to roll out this weekend. “They are usually fans and they are fabulous.”
She even follows the fake Jane Seymours.
“Everyday I see like eight new photos of me. I can see my entire life in photographs. Ones that I don’t even remember being taken,” she says. “I click on them and make them into my own camera roll.”
The only downside is that the 62-year-old actress had to “compete with the other fake Jane Seymours” over getting a decent handle on Instagram.
“I don’t even have my own name,” she says, eventually settling for JaneSeymour51, marking the year she was born.
But she’s hooked on the app which she just started using and believes it’s much more effective than Facebook.
“It’s my favorite app. I can tell the story of where I am instantly. I’ve become something on an addict actually,” she says.
Her followers are diverse, fans from Wedding Crashers to Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. She also has an influx of 8-12-year old followers from starring in the American Girl movie.
“So they are really pushing my Instagram game,” says Seymour.
About the only downside was one “nasty, angry follower” who would say terrible things every time she posted even the most innocent photo.
“But that people miraculously disappeared,” says Seymour.
